As a solo traveler, I loved the fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a supermarket right across the street. The tram stop nearby made it easy for me to explore the city center. The staff was friendly and the apartment was spotless and cozy, making my stay very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this aparthotel! The room was clean, modern, and cozy, and we felt right at home. The staff was excellent, providing excellent service and even offering umbrellas when it rained. The location was convenient, with grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. a great hotel and staff, making our vacation unforgettable!
The breakfast menu could have been more varied.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Parks 73 The Townhouse. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and cozy, with a simple and elegant interior. The room size was spacious, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher machine, made it convenient for us to prepare meals. The underground parking with an elevator was a plus, and the access to the laundry room on the garage level was a nice touch. I recently stayed at Parks73 and was thrilled with my experience. The staff were fantastic and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The apartment had two balconies, one offering a breathtaking view of the inner courtyard and the other providing a peaceful ambiance with the sound of birds. The facilities were excellent, including a kitchen with all the necessary supplies and even the option for a delicious breakfast delivered to the door. Parks73 exceeded my expectations and I won't stay anywhere else in the future.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a train station, making it easy to explore the city. it is within walking distance of most attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious, with new furniture and decor. The bathroom was decently sized and had a towel warmer. The hotel also provided free laundry facilities and TVs with Netflix and YouTube. the staff was friendly and the value for money was great.
The hotel lacked proper cleaning, as mentioned in some reviews.

This place is in a great location close to the city center and has excellent local restaurants nearby. The room was equipped with everything I needed including an electric kettle, sink, and cookware. The staff were really nice and helpful and gave me a nice welcome drink upon arrival. The outdoor terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the garden area. The room itself was clean and comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Our stay at Parks 73 The Townhouse was worth every penny! The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. Plus, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The location was great too, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The staff at reception were incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly. We'll definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends!
